(Holiday house: 9 beds and child's bed)

“Il Casale” set 540 m. above sea level, is a beautiful farmhouse built in local stone, from the ancient origins. The beams, the ceilings, the pavements in bricks are those once.

The house can be reached from an unmade road ( approximately m. 1500) winding through the woods. The road is private and reserved only to the people living in the place.

Casale Radicata is situated in the beautiful hills of the Val Cerfone covered from greens forests. It is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, far from the noises and the frenetic rhythm of the daily life.

It represents therefore the ideal accommodation for those who wish to spend their holidays in a serene atmosphere and know to appreciate the true beauties of the nature.

The house is isolated and dipped into the peace and quite of the country, but a few minutes away from the main road.

It also enjoys the sun light from morning to night and also the soft hilly wind.

3 km away there is “Palazzo del Pero” with various shops (pharmacy, a post office, newsstand, restaurant, pizzeria, butcher, food etc..).

The structure

It is furnished in simple way and it is of good comfort.

Ground floor: (4 rooms) kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom , one small room with single bed, a large dining-sitting room with two sofas, table 6 -10, football-table  indoor, bath with shower.

First floor : (4 rooms) Reached by an external stone staircase or by the dining-room. Large sitting-room with fireplace, two armchairs and a sofa, TV ... , two double bedrooms, one room with two twin beds, a wide bath with shower and a small bath for children.

Garden: around the house a green and shady space is equipped with garden furniture. In a repaired zone there is a lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m).

Large spaces, that can be used for relaxation, reading, meditation, rest … are available in the green garden, for leisure.

Why “Casale Radicata”

Far from the traffic is safely secluded place: as a microcosm out of time.

The evening after turning off the outside lights and sitting in the dark in the garden we can go back over the centuries and feel small and great in the universe that above us is watching us without being veiled by the lights of the city that lies beyond the hill.

It’s is makes special Casale Radicata: no modern comforts which there are, not proximity of famous towns hat there are, no other persons unknown to us,  but the time who is within us and with whom we have, in everyday life, a hasty if not indifferent relationship. Became again "persons" reconciling with nature and with us and others who love, at least for a few days.
