Country house: "Casale Radicata"

Casale Radicata (540 m. a. s. l.) is a beautiful, ancient country house built in local stone. The beams, ceilings and the brick floors are the original ones.

A secondary private road (approximately m. 1500) that rises from the woods and fields, leads to a place that offers you the real feeling of being able to enjoy a vacation in nature without renouncing to the possibility of a comfortable stay. The house is located in the beautiful hills of Val Cerfone and it's covered by green forests. It is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, away from noise and the stress of everyday life.

It represents the ideal solution for those who wish to spend their holidays in a serene environment and could recognize and appreciate the true beauty of nature.

The property is isolated, immersed in peace and tranquillity of the woods, but a few minutes from the village.

The house enjoys the sunshine from morning to evening, but even the slight and constant hill wind.

At 3 km there is the village of Palazzo del Pero with various shops (chemist, post-office, newsstand, restaurant, pizzeria, butcher, grocery, petrol pump, bancomat, police station etc..).

The structure

It is furnished in simple and comfortable way. Central heating, radiator + 1 fireplace.

Ground floor: (4 rooms) fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. One double bedroom , a small room with single bed, a large dining-living room (table seats for 6-10 people), two sofas with three seats, soccer indoor. Bathroom with shower.

First floor : (4 rooms) Reachable by outside staircase made of stone or by the dining-room. Large living-room with a fireplace, two armchairs two sofas with three seats, satellite TV, DVD, bookcase, desk, oval table with chairs ... Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. A large bathroom with shower and a washing machine; a small toilet.

Garden: around the house a green shady space is equipped with garden furniture. In a sheltered area there is a beautifull swimming pool (8m x 4,50m x 1,20m).

For leisure, open spaces in the garden could be used for relaxation, reading, meditation, rest

Why “Casale Radicata”

Far from the traffic is safely escluded place: as a microcosm out of time.

The evening after turning off the outside lights and sitting in the dark in the garden we can go back over the centuries and feel small and great in the universe that above us is watching us without being veiled by the lights of the city that lies beyond the hill.

It’s is makes special Casale Radicata: no modern comforts which there are, not proximity of famous towns hat there are, no other persons unknown to us, but the time who is within us and with whom we have, in everyday life, a hasty if not indifferent relationship. Became again "persons" reconciling with nature and with us and others who love, at least for a few days.
