and bath towel). Swimming pool cleaning (Monday, Wednesday, Friday
or Saturday when there is linen change - from 9,00 a.m. to 11,00
a.m.). Free use of the garden and swimming pool (Children are under the responsibility of
their parents !).
SWIMMING-POOL: (8m x 4.5m x 1,20m). It is open from the
beginning of June until the end of September.
An outdoor shower with water heated by solar energy; sun beds, umbrellas.
Night lighting (From 9 p.m. to 01 a.m.).
OUTDOORS TENNIS TABLE : with rackets and balls..

GARDEN: fenced 3000 m2 around the house.

RESERVATIONS: To book via E-mail please complete the information request
form with your name, your address, telephone number and e-mail
address for responses,
indicating the period (weekly) and how many people.
Within 24 hours we will notify you via e-mail our availability and
terms of payment (bank IBAN). Please respond within 24 hours with
your confirmation.
N.B. After booking on-line (using the information request form) we
demand an advance equal to 1/3 of total cost.
The balance should be in cash as soon as you arrive.
To cancel a reservation should send a registered letter at least 60
days before arrival date and the advance will be refunded -10% (with the
same bank).
After that mentioned period, we are sorry, but we won't be able to give
the deposit paid back.
