POOL: above ground ( 8m x 4m ) open from 31 May to 27 September 2008. Outside shower, beds, umbrellas, night lighting.

REGULAR PING PONG: with rackets and balls (shaded outdoor).

FOOTBALL BALILLA: indoor.

GARDEN: 3000 m² around the house and fenced.

ACCESSORIES: 3 fans, satellite TV, radio, freezing, freezer , microwave oven, oven dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, high chair, barbecue.

PETS: only one (little).

FENSED PROPERTY: yes.

HEIGHT ON THE LEVEL OF THE SEA: 540 m.

DEPOSIT: € 300.00 in cash.

ARRIVAL: Saturday from 16:00 to 19:00.  After 16:00 phone please.

DEPARTURE: Saturday within 10:00.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: (made and to pay to the owner): heating expenses (gas gpl) euros 5  to cubic metre , wood   15 euros to quintal .

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: (to pay to the owner): final cleaning (€ 100.00).

RESERVATIONS: For reservations via e-mail it is necessary to fill the information request card with your full name, your address, telephone number and e-mail address for the replay, specifying the period (weekly) and how many people.

Within 24 hours we will notify you via e-mail our availability and terms of payment (IBAN bank), you must respond within 24 hours with your confirmation (advance through bank).

N.B. After booking on-line (using the information request card) is demanded an advance equal to 1/2 of the total cost.

The balance  is to pay  in cash to the owner, at the beginning of stay.

To cancel a reservation it is necessary to send a letter at least 60 days before the arrival and will be returned the advance - 10%  (with the same bank).

After this period, we are sorry, but we can not give back the deposit paid.
